Branch Policy Manual

Definitions

As defined in section 1 of the Bylaws and for the purposes of this Policy Manual:

1. “Board” or “Board of Directors” means the board of directors of the Branch;
2. “Branch” means the Saskatchewan Branch of the CBA;
3. "Bylaws” means the Branch Bylaws;
4. “CBA” means The Canadian Bar Association;
5. “CBA-SK” means the Branch;
6. “Council” means the Branch Council;
7. “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Branch;
8. “President” means the President of the Branch.
