Gift Policy (August 18, 2022)

This policy is subject to review by the Board every two years or sooner dependent upon circumstances.

• President’s Gift valued at $1,200.
• Member of the Board whose term is complete and is leaving the Board valued at $200.
• Life event gifts/donations for Board members valued at $125.
• Mid-Winter Speakers’ gifts are a $1500 donation to a charity of the Mid-Winter Planning Committee’s choice and approved by the President.
• Mid-Winter Chair’s Gift valued at $200 and their registration to the Mid-Winter is complimentary.
• CBA-SK Board and Committee members receive a 25% discount on Mid-Winter registration fees.
• If the Executive Director becomes aware of any financial barriers to a Mid-Winter Planning Committee Member attending Mid-Winter, the Executive Director will ensure assistance beyond the 25% discount necessary.
