Board of Directors

6.

(1). The Board of Directors shall consist of:

1. the Officers of the Branch;
2. the Branch Education Director, Legislation and Law Reform Director, and Outreach Director;
3. the Executive Director, who shall be a non-voting member; and
4. any others that may be considered necessary by Council.

(2). No member of the Board of Directors shall be a member of the Association Board of Directors during their term of office.
