Nominating Committee

13.

1. The Nominating Committee shall consist of:
   1. the President;
   2. the Immediate Past President;
   3. the Past Past President; and
   4. 2 members of Council as selected by the Board of Directors.
   5. the Executive Director, who shall be a non-voting member.
2. The Immediate Past President shall be Chair of the Nominating Committee.
3. If the Past Past President is unable to participate on the Nominating Committee, the Board of Directors may appoint another member of the Board to fill the vacancy.
