The Opportunity
Associates at McKercher LLP are a significant and valued part of our team. We offer services in all areas of corporate and commercial law and are looking to welcome an additional skilled professional solicitor to our team. Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial Law
- Excellent research, analytical and drafting skills, and business judgement
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed professionalism, leadership, and teamwork competencies
- Strong relationship management, project management, and business development skills
