The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law and/or Child Protection litigation lawyer. You will have the opportunity to enhance your court proficiencies as well as collaborative mediation skills, while supporting the continued development and promotion of the McKercher Family Law Practice Group. You will become an integral part of a collegial team of legal professionals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of legal experience, with a focus in Family Law and/or Child Protection
  • Ability to manage files independently with minimal oversight
  • Excellent legal analysis and judgement skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-development professionalism and teamwork competencies
  • Active membership with the Law Society of Saskatchewan
  • Strong relationship management and business development skills
