We are looking for an associate lawyer with a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience to join our litigation group, with a focus on Indigenous, environmental and regulatory matters, and to be based in our Saskatoon office.

This associate lawyer’s role will involve a wide variety of legal matters, including:

·       Aboriginal and Treaty rights litigation

·       Advising on the duty to consult

·       Applications for judicial review

·       Regulatory proceedings before administrative tribunals

·       Environmental advising with respect to environmental assessments, permitting and reclamation

·       Contaminated sites litigation

Qualifications include:

·       A minimum of one to three years of relevant litigation experience including exposure to Aboriginal, environmental and/or regulatory law

·       Strong professional and academic credentials

·       Strong work ethic

·       Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and client service skills

·       Attention to detail

·       Ability to work in a team environment

·       Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with excellent problem solving skills
