The Canadian Bar Association – Saskatchewan Branch is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd MacPherson as its new Executive Director, effective July 7, 2025.
Todd brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in the nonprofit sector. With over a decade of executive experience, Todd has led diverse teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and driven strategic initiatives that have transformed organizations and strengthened community impact.
Most recently, Todd served as Executive Director of Wheatland Regional Centre, where he led a team of 45 staff and oversaw multiple programs and enterprises, including group homes, advocacy initiatives, and two SARCAN recycling centers. Under his leadership, the organization developed a forward-looking five-year strategic plan, achieved a balanced budget ahead of schedule, and modernized key policies and emergency plans.
Prior to that, Todd held several senior roles at Parkinson Canada, including Interim Lead and Vice President of Community Engagement. There, he led national teams through significant organizational change, including a successful pivot to virtual service delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. His leadership helped exceed fundraising goals, streamline operations, and expand the reach of educational and support services across the country.
Todd is also a certified John Maxwell Coach and Leadership Trainer, bringing a passion for mentorship and team development to every role he takes on. His expertise spans strategic planning, conflict resolution, talent management, and fund development.
Reflecting on his new role, Todd shared:

I’m honored to lead the Saskatchewan team in serving CBA members, and I look forward to connecting with each of you in the months ahead.”
Todd joins CBA Saskatchewan as Monteen prepares for her retirement on August 31, 2025 after 9 years of dedicated service. We thank her for her outstanding leadership and lasting contributions to the CBA Saskatchewan community.
