The Canadian Bar Association, Saskatchewan Branch, is pleased to announce its 2025–26 President and Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2025.
Jessie Buydens Begins Her Term as President
This year, CBA-SK welcomes Jessie Buydens as its new Branch President for the 2025–26 term. She succeeds Mark Dolan, who served with distinction over the past year.
Jessie obtained her Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2008. She is the President of the Canadian Bar Association, Saskatchewan, for 2025 – 2026. She holds positions with various boards, is a committed volunteer with numerous community organizations, and has received multiple community awards.
She is a Partner with Scott, Phelps & Mason Law in Saskatoon. Her practice emphasis is in general litigation, including criminal, family, and civil litigation. Jessie also practices wills, estates, corporate/commercial, and real estate law.
