Mandate

This Committee

  • Identifies, monitors and analyzes business and practice issues
  • Identifies opportunities for innovation in the legal profession
  • Reviews Law Society of Saskatchewan Regulations and Guidelines related to technology
  • Assists the Board with identifying trends and recommending presentations for CBA-SK members
  • Solicits feedback from CBA-SK members as appropriate
  • Chair is appointed by the Board for a term of 2 years
  • As outlined in the CBA-SK Policy Manual consists of at least four additional members
