We are looking for a permanent, full-time Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team in Regina.

We hope you consider applying if you:

 - Demonstrate effective leadership of a team comprising corporate lawyers and administrative staff.

·        - Are skilled in vetting, preparing and interpreting corporate contracts and documents between the corporation and its external clients.

·        - Are prepared to conduct in-depth legal research, prepare briefs and guide business areas to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

·        - Are interested in identifying, analyzing and advising on legal risks that affect corporate practices or business strategy.

·        - Committed to fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A law degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution.
• Membership with the Law Society of Saskatchewan

·     Ten years’ experience comprised of six years of leadership experience and four years as a lawyer with a focus oncorporate commercial law and insurance related legal practices.

• A proven track record of strong leadership, negotiation, and critical-thinking skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships and guide internal partners through corporate legal processes.
• Outstanding communication, organization, time management, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
