Chief Justice to Step Down

Chief Justice Robert G. Richards announced today that he will be stepping down as Chief Justice of Saskatchewan and as a judge of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, effective August 31, 2023. Richards was appointed to the Court in 2004 and has served as Chief Justice since 2013.
